payment methords

A deposit of 50% is required upon reservation.


All deposits are made using the square app. All customers are required to read and agree to policy on www.boutiquepartyrental.com. we accept cash and credit card payments at the time of delivery to cover the remaining balance. 


Full payments are required for the following reasons:

  • ​Your event was booked with less than a 2 week notice
  • Your event total cost is under $299 USD.
  • No one will be available to send payment on the day of the event (typically for weddings)


customer responsibility

By accepting delivery of rented items, customer agrees that they have received in good order all rented items and other goods listed on the invoice. The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenance, and return to party life rentals. Customer is responsible for all loss, damage, or repair (full retail value of rental equipment)

Parks & venues:

customer agrees to stay with all the rental items till the delivery driver returns for pick up.

cancellation policy

The customer has 24 hours from the time of making the deposit to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

date change

Once a 50% deposit is made, the event date can be changed to another date. As long as the date is not fully booked, the deposit will be transferable. ​
